Sean McNulty
Sean McNulty works with EU organisations and businesses to coach and integrate Innovation Management systems into their existing operations. In addition to his work with Competitive Innovation Consultancy, Sean McNulty is Director of Insight Innovate, and Founder and Chairman of Dolmen Design and Innovation, an international, award-winning product and service design house. He is also the Chair NSAI TC45 Innovation Committee, and NSAI/ RISE Certified Innovation Professional Manager. Sean McNulty is Adjunct Professor in Innovation, at the Business School, Dublin City University.
Shane Hughes
Shane Hughes works with companies to develop a strategic approach to New Product Development and integrate this with existing Business Strategy Execution. In addition to his work with Competitive Innovation Consultancy, Shane Hughes is the Managing Director of Lean Unlimited. He is a certified consultant to work with Enterprise Ireland and IDA clients in pursuit of their Lean NPD and Strategic goals. He is also Lean Black Certified, through UCC, enabling him to partner with companies to understand customer value and implement lean digitisation in order to improve customer experience and increase profitability.
